Influence of adverse ecological factors on indicators of microcirculation, cerebral hemodynamic and psychological status for relatively health groups and groups with consequences of brain concussion was investigated. At persons, living in adverse conditions, the imbalance of cerebral hemodynamic and microcirculatory channel which is caused by negative influence of ecological situation is found. Change of balance of a microcirculatory channel balance involves change of adaptable abilities of an organism that in turn increases risk of development the osteomuscular violations and receiving traumas. The imbalance of ions and microcells exchange against violation of cerebral hemodynamic creates preconditions for deterioration the psychological status of the person
