The article presents the vascular tissue transformations in the mucosa of the nasal cavity and immunal status of patients with allergic rhinosinusitis caused by air pollutants. Status of regional blood flow was studied by histology, histochemistry, morphometry, reography, immune status - by immunological methods. On the basis of comparison of the morphological, immunological and clinical data the changes were revealed that lead to the typical forms of dysimmuni-ty and peripheral circulation, which, in terms of pathophysiology, fall under the concept of allergic inflammation (hypersensitivity of immediate type, the first type) and are treated as pre-immune response.
