A comparative study of morphological changes in the tissues of internal organs was performed in BALB / C mice by oral administration. The introduction of suspensions of nanodispersed oxides of aluminum, cobalt, manganese and silicon. Calculation of doses for daily administration to animals of the experimental group was carried out taking into account the previously established LD50 for each substance. As a result of the study, it was established that characteristic morphological changes when exposed to nodisperse particles of transition metal oxides (manganese and cobalt) are changes in thymus tissues, when exposed to light metal oxides (aluminum) - bone marrow tissue, exposure to oxides non-metals (silicon) - adrenal tissue. The greatest morphological changes in the tissues of the lungs when exposed to the studied nanoscale particles are observed when exposed to oxides of transition metals (manganese and cobalt).
