Research of motivation of entrants at admission to higher educational institutions of Russia

In this article I want to tell you about the problems I have faced during my work in the Admissions committee of the Volgograd state Technical University. Many people do not know which university to choose and which faculty to study, also a common problem is that they do not see the future prospects of the chosen profession. The purpose of this exploration is studying the motivation of entrants and develop a questionnaire to study the motivation of entrants. Also it can be useful as some help to parents of entrants and to entrants. This knowledge can help to understand the need for admission to this particular university and the choice of this specialization.
