Research of motivation of Khakasia people towards heat and energy economy

The article presents the experience of two departments of Khakas State University named after N.F. Katanov touching upon the research of the motivation of the population towards heat and energy economy in the Republic of Khakasia. Some motivators to heat and energy economy among different groups of the people living in Khakasia were defined. The main barriers that are in the way of the people to heat and energy economy practice were determined. Some recommendations on this problem were worked out.
