The work provides comparison of results of the studies of cerebral blood flow in the Chernobyl emergency workers using the methods of ultrasonic transcranial dopplerography (TDK) and radionuclide cerebral angiography (RCA). Comparison of these methodologies is of major clinical significance, since for persons affected by the Chernobyl accident methods involving additional exposure are better not be used. Results of the examinations of cerebral blood flow using the TDK and RCA methods have been found to be in good agreement.
