Test of muscular tissue of Kaspian Sea fishes for the content of organochlorine pesticides

The article represents the results of triennial investigations of muscular tissue of fish, which had been сфгпре in the North and Central parts of Kazakh sector of Caspian Sea, to define the content of organochlorine pesticides by the method of GC-FID. Research and production center of fish industry of JSC “KazAgroInnova- tion” jointly with research vessel carried out the catching of commercial fish (Common Sturgeon, Cyprinidae, Herring, Perch and Sheat fishes) during the spring-autumn period of 2014-2016. In some instances, exceed of the total content of α, β, γ-(HCH) isomers and total content of dichlorodiphenyltrichloroethane and its metabo- lites were found in the marine fish. Representatives of Caspian ichthyofauna are ranged in descending cumula- tion of organochlorine pesticides in their muscular tissues. It is mentioned that Cyprinidae are represented as perspective accumulative biological indicators of Caspian’s ecological system pollution by organochlorine pesti- cides.
