In this work the method of scattering of very cold neutrons (VCN) was used for researches of structures of various materials with the characteristic sizes from units to hundreds of nanometers. The theoretical basis of this method was briefly considered. Elastic VCN scattering does not change the state of the sample, since the energy of this neutrons is much less energy of the chemical bonds. Experimental data obtained on the time-of-flight spectrometer, gave the opportunity to get a full cross-section of elastic scattering from a full cross-section of interaction. The method of modeling allows to obtain the parameters of discrete inhomogeneities in the randomly inhomogeneous media.
