The relevance of the research topic is due to the fact that digitalization of the economy is the basis for the transformation of the content of labor and social and labor relations. The article is devoted to changes in social and labor relations in Russia in the context of digitalization of the economy, especially their informal component. The reasons for these changes and their consequences are indicated. The author examines the impact of informal social and labor relations on organizational effectiveness, employee satisfaction and the formation of corporate culture.
