Исследование нейропротекторных свойств экстракта черноплодной рябины (Xsorbaronia mitschurinii) у линии Drosophila melanogaster, моделирующей болезнь Альцгеймера

Старение нередко сопровождается ухудшением когнитивных функций вплоть до развития нейродегенеративных заболеваний (сосудистая деменция, болезни Альцгеймера и Паркинсона). Биологически активные вещества, содержащиеся в плодах черноплодной рябины, ранее проявляли нейропротекторный потенциал по отношению к модельным организмам in vivo, поэтому нами была выдвинута гипотеза о возможном нейрогеропротекторном потенциале этанольного экстракта черноплодной рябины (×Sorbaronia mitschurinii) на Drosophila melanogaster со сверхэкспрессией предшественника бета-амилоида человека UAS-Aβ42, накопление которого в тканях мозга человека приводит к развитию болезни Альцгеймера. Исследовали влияние экстракта черноплодной рябины в концентрации 10 мг/мл на продолжительность жизни дрозофил с моделью болезни Альцгеймера. Установлено, что экстракт увеличивает медианную и максимальную продолжительность жизни самок до 11 %, а также медианную продолжительность жизни самцов на 2 %, но снижает их максимальную продолжительность жизни на 3 %. Данные результаты свидетельствуют о нейропротекторном эффекте экстракта черноплодной рябины.
