Тhe article reports the results of analysis of biologically active and mineral components of a table wine material data referring to the red wine grape variety Кrasen cultivated in the South сoast grape-growing zone of the Crimea. The obtained results allow to recommend this grape as an addition to the raw material base of Crimea and other grape-growing regions of Russia, with similar soil and climatic conditions, for the purpose of producing quality wine materials and specialty products
