A study of the new red grape variety Krasen and biologically active and mineral components of its wine material under the conditions of the southern coast of Crimea

Тhe article reports the results of analysis of biologically active and mineral components of a table wine material data referring to the red wine grape variety Кrasen cultivated in the South сoast grape-growing zone of the Crimea. The obtained results allow to recommend this grape as an addition to the raw material base of Crimea and other grape-growing regions of Russia, with similar soil and climatic conditions, for the purpose of producing quality wine materials and specialty products
