This article discusses the concept of «labor performance» from the point of view of its relationship with the categories «labor productivity» and «labor efficiency». The approaches to assessing the effectiveness of personnel in the organization are studied, their features are determined from the standpoint of the evaluation indicators used and the general logic of such an assessment.
