Study of the basic technologies of personnel management in the tax authorities

The article deals with the main features and characteristics of the personnel management of the tax authorities, the problem of development of the personnel potential of this structure in the modern conditions. The authors focus on the basic requirements for personal and professional qualities of employees, which must be formed in the process of training of these workers. The suggestions for improvement of mechanisms for motivation and incentive of tax authorities’ personnel are made.
