Study of corporate governance peculiarities in the People's Republic of China

The study presents the features of the organization of corporate governance systems in large Chinese companies, considers the features of the Chinese management system and corporate governance models, reveals aspects and trends in the development of this system in a constantly changing foreign policy environment. The features of building a corporate governance system and its organization in significant companies are studied, as well as the main types of its development are reflected. The authors characterize corporate governance - this is a system that covers relationships, as well as a system of accountability of managers to owners, it is concluded that Chinese corporate governance is entering a new phase, when its effective mechanisms and their application in practice become a necessary condition for the country to achieve sustainable prosperity based on an open market economy capable of competing globally.
