This article outlines the features of the recruitment and selection of personnel in modern organizations. The process of recruitment and selection of employees is considered, internal and external sources of recruitment of employees, as well as traditional methods of personnel selection are highlighted. Options for reducing personnel risks and increasing the likelihood of hiring an employee suitable for a vacant position are proposed.
