Study of the ratios of personal characteristics and level of stress of the employees of the prison environment in light of the epidemic of the coronavirus

Resume: In the conditions of general quarantine and self-isolation, the issues of people's psychological health come to the fore as never before. The patterns of interaction with each other and with the world around them are changing. Unlike previous mass infectious diseases of the 21st century, which had a quantitative resonance and outcome (such as fever, bird flu, Ebola, etc.), coronavirus infection has changed our everyday life - the general social life of a person, his way of life, contacts and relationships with other people.Resistance to stress is one of the important qualities of employees associated with the need to carry out activities in situations that cause emotional stress, including extreme ones. A striking example in this regard is the activities of employees of the penal system. There are various approaches to considering the concept and structure of stress resistance. In this empirical study, such indicators of stress tolerance as the level of organizational stress were determined in comparison with personality characteristics.
