Study of traffic and visitor flow parameters in the tourist settlement of Listvyanka, Irkutsk district

The aim of the study is to investigate the parameters of the traffic flow of visitors arriving to the Listvyanka workers' settlement and the duration of car parking in the area in question. The object of the study is the transport system of Listvyanka, located 70 km from Irkutsk. The objectives of the study are to estimate the traffic load of the area during the day, calculate the average parking time in Listvyanka settlement, identify peak load hours and find solutions to reduce the traffic load on the area. In the course of the study, measurements were taken in the study area. As a result of the surveys, the distribution of arriving and departing cars by hours of the day and the maximum and average parking time in the settlement were obtained.
