Paraunitary matrices study for implementation of digital signal processing in finite fields

In this paper the theory of paraunitary matrices in finite fields is considered. A condition that allows to build paraunitary matrix of any order and size over any finite field is given. It is shown how to use paraunitary matrices for building multi-rate filter banks in finite fields with perfect reconstruction property.
