In a linear approach dispersion equations for determination ofpropagation constants of longitudinally-magnetic and longitudinally-electric waves of a shielded plane waveguide with two-layer filling semiconductor-dielectric are derived. The dispersion characteristics and the waves fields distributions are investigated.
