The study of the polymer coating obtained by extrusion-rolling-molding method

Бесплатный доступ

This article is about the possibility of using extrusion rolling molding technologies for producing polymer composite materials. Polymer sand tiles were made of industrial polymer products waste with filler from sawdust, slag and sand in a laboratory automated installation with a device that allows you to get layers that are adjustable in width and thickness of the coating. The products meet all operational and environmental requirements. Experimental work was carried out to obtain heat resistant polymer film coatings on substrates of various surfaces. The possibility of applying this technology to produce new composite materials as thermo and fire resistant coatings is shown. The compositions and conditions for the preparation of polymer compositions have been optimized, the physical and mechanical properties have been studied, and a technology has been developed for the production of materials resistant to aggressive media and temperature extremes.
