Research of the Conceptual Apparatus of Online Business

The article systematizes and describes the concepts used by modern online business. Profound definitions were synthesized into a list according to the number of references in scientific literature and digests. The aim of systematization is to rank and clarify the most common concepts in the rapidly developing fields of science and practice. In preparing the materials of the article the following methods were used: observation, comparison, analysis, synthesis, and survey. As part of the study, respondents were asked to rank the most common concepts of online business on a scale: the most well-known respondents – the least well-known. The results obtained are the basis for further research into online business, the development of sound management decisions, and the formation of a package of preventive measures to prevent offenses in this area of activity.
