The article discusses trends in household consumer behavior under the influence of digital economy technologies, as well as factors that determine the development of digital economy technologies. The influence of social conditions on the change in consumer behavior of households is analyzed. The content of changes in consumer behavior of households, which are shaped by the influence of digital technologies, is analyzed: the development of online commerce, the use of voice assistants, artificial intelligence, the use of digital capabilities of online services to study the quality of goods and services.
