The article examines the content of the concept of “consumer behavior” from the standpoint of economic, marketing and socio-psychological approaches. The model of consumer behavior developed by F. is considered. The boiler. The factors influencing consumers are analyzed according to L. B. Kaplan, W. O. Bearden and R. Taflinger. The factors influencing the behavior of consumers of logistics services are considered. A study of the behavior of consumers of logistics services was conducted in order to identify the significance of the factors of choosing a logistics company. Based on the data obtained, a rating of the importance of the factors of choosing a logistics company was compiled and recommendations for the promotion of logistics services were proposed.
