Studies of the surface tension of the animal’s serum using model systems

One of the most perspective and rapidly developing fields of animal biological liquids’ and model systems’ investigation is the measurement of dynamic surface tension using the interface tensiometry method. The data obtained depend on the animal’s type, age as well as on the reproductive cycle period. The dynamic surface tension studies of model systems containing protein-salt mixtures close to the serum are very important for understanding of the influence of particularly components of the serum on its dynamic surface tension values.
