Investigation of the subject oblast and analysis of the realization of the PS development for automation of the tax service activity on the work with physical persons

This paper reflects the results of research on the subject area and analyzed the effectiveness of the software system for automating the activities of the tax service in dealing with individuals. An album of domain models is made, consisting of organizational, functional-technological, process-role models and workflow models. As a supporting literature, the tax service website of the Russian Federation was used, the resource iRecommend for a more detailed study of the possibilities of programs and the collection of user experience.
