Currently, the culinary art of the countries of the world is widely studied. The article presents information about the type of cuisines of the peoples of the world offered in the enterprises of the restaurant industry located in the central part of Sevastopol. The results of the analysis of the segmentation of the population by age are also presented, namely, which catering establishments, from the studied ones, are in great demand among one or another age category of the population.
