Investigation of problems of medical personnel guilt ascertainment

In this paper the problems of ascertainment guilt of medical personnel are studied. Certain types of criminal responsibility, which healthcare workers may be brought to, are analysed. The conditions and procedure for compensation of harm inflicted to life and health in accordance with the civil law are rewieved. The paper presents a theoretical analysis of the legal liability of medical workers.
