Research of the human resource management process capital: process development technology

The article describes the results of research on the process of human capital management in an educational organization. The identified problems are analyzed, formulated according to the elements of the human capital management process, means of implementation and expected results, and recommendations are proposed that contribute to the development of elements of the human capital management process.
