Prediction of a multiphase queuing system performance using machine learning method

We investigated the possibility of using neural network models to predict the performance of a multiphase queuing system with one orbit queue. Experiment results have shown that the classical multilayer perceptron neural network model failed to provide acceptable prediction, while our proposed neural network with well-chosen training parameters performed significantly better.
