The cultural and educational environment of the university is a complex structural system, the first step of which is adaptation. Recent high school graduates after being accepted into a university face a completely different environment, which requires them to be completely distinct from the school level of responsibility and emotional self-regulation. In this article, we explore the psychological support of the adaptation of students to university studies.
