Currently, in order to increase the reliability of power supply of 6-10 kV distribution electric networks, reclosers are being introduced into them, implementing the functions of network partitioning and redundancy of power transmission lines, which, in the event of emergency modes of operation of the network, can significantly reduce the time and number of interruptions in the power supply of consumers. This paper presents a study of the operating modes of the 10 kV ring electric network powered by the 110/35/10 kV «Kulikovskaya» substation, located in the operational responsibility area of the branch of PJSC «Rosseti Center» - «Orelenergo», according to permissible voltage deviations during normal operation and emergency situations arising in network sections and in case of power supply failures. Based on the calculation of the parameters of the 10 kV electrical network under consideration, it has revealed that in various modes the voltage deviation from the nominal does not exceed the limits established by GOST 32144-2013, which makes it possible to demonstrate the effectiveness of the introduction of reclosers. The parameters of the operating modes of the 10 kV electric network obtained in the work can be used in the development of a device for channel-free remote monitoring and control of switches in outgoing power lines.
