The article deals with the concept of the reflexive-scientific position of future teachers as personal education which includes the system of reflexive attitude to future teaching activity and to oneself as its subject manifested in readiness to master scientifically-based methods of making pedagogical decisions and to reflect upon their own professional actions on the basis of the theoretical analysis of literature. There is considered the reflexive-scientific position as a mechanism for the formation of psychological competence of future teachers
