Analysis of the results of the tests carried out on the stand to remove the characteristics of shock absorbers

The article examines the performance characteristics of damping elements on the rear suspension shock absorbers of the CNXGM 48530300 and Ti-Guar 95033223-GT models, taking into account their popularity and widespread use on Toyota Premio, Corolla 120 and Prius cars. The purpose of the study is to analyze and compare the characteristics of these shock absorbers to determine their effectiveness and reliability in various operating conditions. To begin the study, the CNXGM 48530300 shock absorber was selected. The experiment began with a study of the characteristics of a gas-backed shock absorber. This stage allowed us to determine the main parameters of the shock absorber in its standard condition. Then the gas backstop was vented, and a repeat experiment was conducted to study the changes in the characteristics of the shock absorber in the absence of a gas backstop. The data obtained includes information on suspension stiffness, vibration amplitude and damping in different shock absorber states. The results of the experiments allow sd.
