Research of scenarios for the acquisition of real estate by young families in the Volgograd region

This research paper examines the issue of housing acquisition by young families in the financial aspect. The generalized statistics of market prices for new and secondary housing are studied with the presentation of the main scenarios of the average young family of the Volgograd region in the early years of career development. The article analyzes the financial well-being of young families when deciding to buy real estate without additional help from relatives and in the absence of savings.
