Research of ferroelectric composites by method of nonlinear dielectric spectroscopy

In work influence of inclusions of particles (5 30 microns) BaTiO3 and PbTiO3 on ferroelectric properties TGS in composites (TGS)1 х(BaTiO3)х and (TGS)1 х(PbTiO3)х for х = 0,1 and 0,3 is investigated. It is shown, that in ferroelectric composites a dipole dipole interaction between separate components can lead to change of properties of an initial ferroelectric material.
