The article focuses on the research surface roughness of the tapered roller bearings. Analysis circuits sferoshlifovalnyh grinding machines and on criteria versatility, productivity and quality of treatment showed that secures the maintenance of continuous grinding processing quality at high productivity and in a wide range of sizes.In the first stage of the research of surfaces were carried out at a specialized research complex, which includes profiler and a computer with software that allows you to record and process profilograms.At the next stage of research were carried out rough spots and the end surfaces of the working roll using opto-electronic complex and developed a technique based on the use of quasi-correlation algorithm. It was found that the roughness of the change is subject to the normal distribution law and using the method of least squares, an analytical dependence.Naydennye values of arithmetic average roughness of the working surface of the roller are consistent with the values obtained using the profiler.Comparative analysis of results of roughness the roller surface parameters found by the measuring optical-electronic complex and profiler differ from one another by 0.1%, confirming the effectiveness of measuring opto-electronic complex.
