Research of personnel development system in the organizations of the Republic of Belarus

The article presents the results of a study of the system of personnel development at the micro level, which allowed to determine the following features: the predominance of the normative nature of training, poor coordination between training activities and the solution of specific problems of the organization, there are difficulties of a methodical nature in determining the needs of training, evaluation of the effectiveness of training activities (economic and practical aspect), low degree of responsibility of employees for individual development.
