On the basis of a system approach and application of decomposition methods a conceptual model of corporate governance with the small-scale production type have been constructed. The specifi city of small-scale production is refl ected in the selected base models which included in the macro control system. As a conceptual-object-attribute chosen the model of «enumeration-six».
