Manifestations of emotional burnout in rehabilitation centers staff

Introduction. High emotional intensity of professional activities of rehabilitation centers staff, the need to constantly respond to unexpected non-standard pedagogical situations, the requirements for empathy and reflection in conditions of uncertainty, etc. determine the development of emotional burnout. Consequently, an employee suffering from emotional burnout cannot fulfill professional duties efficiently and solve tasks set by the organization. In this regard, it is necessary to understand the emotional sphere manifestations in employees of rehabilitation centers and organize appropriate preventive work. The purpose of this article is to summarize the data on studying the emotional peculiarities, to identify the manifestations of emotional burnout in rehabilitation centers employees.
