Investigation of ways to increase quality of gasoline petrol

The paper considers the issue of improving the quality of gasoline-distillation of hydrogenation processes of middle distillates of OOO Gazprom Neftekhim Salavat. The analysis of gasoline of hydrotreating units GO-2, GO-3, L-16-1, which does not meet the requirements for the quality of commercial gasoline in terms of hydrogen sulphide content, is analyzed. The models of various technologies for improving the quality of gasoline have been developed: rectification, the Meroks process with the treatment of gasoline with sodium hydroxide, extraction methods for the removal of sulfur by various solvents. Practical recommendations for implementing the processes are proposed. The estimation of economic attractiveness is resulted and recommendations on each of considered processes of improvement of quality of gasoline of hydrogenation processes are developed.
