Currently, globalization is undergoing significant changes manifested in increasing fragmentation, trade blockades, and the weaponization of trade. International trade is facing restructuring and adjustments in global value creation chains. As bilingual lecturers of international business trade, our task is to cultivate students’ trade-oriented thinking, analyze the trade environment, and implement trade policy-an endeavor that is critically important in today’s world. This article examines teaching strategies for bilingual courses in international business trade based on the integration of research and education. Drawing on theoretical and methodological insights, the paper analyzes three key aspects: learning content, course design, and teaching methods. It underscores that optimizing teaching strategies for international business trade courses not only advances scientific research in this field but also fosters academic awareness and stimulates innovative thinking among students.
