This paper pays attention to such an important topic as the stress resistance of the teacher. Throughout the school year, teachers face not only difficulties in the implementation of the teaching and educational process, but life itself is extremely stressful. To improve the effectiveness of pedagogical activity, it is necessary to understand what is not the greater influence of the psycho-emotional state and how to follow the recommendations so that the stress in the life of the teacher is as rare as possible.
