It is known that the method of magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) at the present stage is the most promising for non-invasive diagnostics in veterinary medicine. The article presents images of duck embryos and embryos obtained by anatomy and magnetic resonance imaging on days 9, 18 and 22 of egg incubation. Interpretation of MRI images visualized of the germinal disc, embryo, blood vessels, embryo, head, beak, eyes, limbs, yolk sac is compared with images obtained by anatomy. A high degree of recognition and comparability of incubation embryos and embryos obtained by magnetic resonance imaging with preservation of the structure and viability of the embryos has been established.
