The article conducts a study of judicial practice in the field of labor relations of indigenous and small peoples in the international and national aspect. The concept of labor relations in Russian legislation and the specifics of labor activity of indigenous and small peoples, due to the conditions of their residence, are considered. Some court documents are cited that highlight certain aspects of the labor relations of the indigenous and small peoples of Russia.
