Based on the results of this study, the article analyzes the assessment of customer satisfaction with the Housing Fund real estate agency. Private satisfaction was studied, such as satisfaction with the exterior and interior appearance of the Housing Fund premises, satisfaction with the staff and its service, satisfaction with the quality of services, satisfaction with pricing policies. Loyalty assessment made. Satisfaction problems associated with pricing, staff services, improving the quality of services and long exit to the transaction were identified. It is concluded that in order to win customer loyalty, it is necessary to periodically conduct market research on the quality of customer service, identify weaknesses, and develop recommendations to eliminate problems.
