A study of the satisfaction of citizens of St. Petersburg with the level of development of a comfortable urban environment

The article discusses the directions of development of a comfortable urban environment. The connection between a comfortable urban environment and the digitalization of the urban environment is revealed. The results of a survey of St. Petersburg youth to identify the level of satisfaction with the use of digital technologies developed to improve level of the comfortable urban environment are presented. The most used digital technologies are identified, comments on these digital technologies are analysed.
