Research the elastic-plastic contact deformations of hard lubricant covering at space aircraft friction units

Using a finite element method it was researched the critical load at which there is a transition from elastic deformations of covering in plastic ones, true contact area and introduction of spherical indentor, modeling the single roughness in the conditions of elastic-plastic contact deformations. Results are compared with theoretical and experimental data of other authors, the ratios, specifying received before dependences, are offered.
