Research of the level of environmental literacy of students and recommendations on its improvement

In this article, the author raises the issue of environmental literacy of the population. The results of the study of the level of environmental literacy of students of the Institute of service and business (branch) DSTU in the Shakhty are given. The author comes to the conclusion that the level of consciousness regarding environmental protection is a significant social factor in solving global environmental problems. The author proposed a set of measures to improve the level of environmental literacy in the youth environment.
