Investigation of the impact of dynamic economic performance of participants in foreign economic activity on the risk of committing crimes and offenses in the customs sphere

The article is devoted to the study of the possibility of applying dynamic economic indicators for forecasting crimes and offenses in the customs sphere. The author considers the possibility of applying Benish's method for evaluating the dynamic indicators of firms participating in foreign economic activity. In the article the algorithm of an estimation of dynamic economic indicators is offered and advantages and lacks of the given technology are considered.
