In the work the author investigates what types of activity of the organization personnel policy influences and whether it is necessary to form it. It is found out that the personnel policy influences competitiveness of the enterprise, corporate culture, staff turnover, etc. Those. the author says that when developing the personnel policy it is possible to improve the company's financial and social performance, which any modern organization wants to achieve, reflecting on its image and place on the market.
